We’re glad you’re here. This studio is designed for a comfortable, relaxing stay right on the Roaring Fork River. If you need anything during your stay, message us through your booking platform for the fastest response.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Please follow the checkout instructions before leaving to help us prepare for the next guest.

Door & Access

Your door code is provided in the Airbnb check-in instructions.

To unlock: enter the code and turn the knob to the right.

To lock: pull the door toward you, press the Schlage button, and turn the knob to the left.

Wi-Fi

Network name and password are on the magnet label on the refrigerator.

If you lose Wi-Fi service, unplug the router from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Parking

  • One guest parking space is available adjacent to the unit.
  • Please do not block common areas, sidewalks, or access routes.

Heating & Cooling

  • Adjust the thermostat as needed for your comfort.
  • Please reduce heating when leaving for extended periods.
  • Use the ceiling fan as desired for cooling and air circulation.

Kitchen

  • Fully equipped for cooking and meal preparation.
  • Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher after use.
  • Wipe countertops and surfaces after use.

Grill

  • A propane grill is available for guest use on the patio.
  • Please clean the grill grates after use with the grill brush provided.
  • Allow the grill to cool completely before covering.
  • Replace the grill cover when the grill is not in use.
  • Never leave the grill unattended while operating.

Trash

  • Trash bins are located on the side of the building. Exit the unit and turn right.
  • Please take out trash before checkout.

Bathroom

  • Extra towels are provided.
  • Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Safety

  • Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
  • First aid kit is located in the cabinet above the microwave.
  • In an emergency, dial 911.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the unit, including vaping.
  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
  • Please do not wear ski boots inside the unit — they can damage flooring and create excess moisture indoors.
  • Skis, snowboards, and poles should be stored outside the unit or in your vehicle whenever possible.
  • Ski boots may be stored inside the unit, but please remove them at the door and do not walk through the unit while wearing them.

River Safety

  • The Roaring Fork River is fast-moving, cold, and can be dangerous at any time of year.
  • Use caution near the water, especially with children.
  • Children must be supervised at all times near the river.
  • Fish responsibly and follow all local regulations.
  • Enter the river at your own risk.

Checkout

Gather used towels. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

Throw trash away. Trash bins are located on the side of the building. Exit the unit and turn right.

Turn things off. Please turn off all lights and the ceiling fan before departure.

Lock up. Lock the patio door. Lock the front door: pull the door toward you, press the Schlage button, and turn the knob to the left.

Additional requests. If you are able, please load and start the dishwasher before departure. Thank you!

Historic mountain town known for hot springs, downtown shopping, and western history. Doc Holliday spent his final days here seeking relief from tuberculosis and is buried above town at Linwood Cemetery.

One of the most scenic drives in Colorado. Explore historic Redstone, continue to Marble, visit the famous Crystal Mill, enjoy Propaganda Pie, and finish the day with a soak at Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs.

Soaking pools overlooking the Colorado River in Glenwood Springs. A perfect half-day or evening trip from Basalt.
